We usually deal with land that will ultimately be built on for residential purposes, but we are often approached about land with Commercial potential, including Brown and/or Green-field opportunities.

Martin has worked closely with many professional and trustworthy developers for more than 35 years and is always keen to know of new plots that are available.
We will agree a fee from the outset with any potential Seller to ensure that you get the best price for your land and more importantly that you are dealing with a reputable and financially sound purchasers.
