Appraisals are a key component in any developer’s decision-making process. Assessing what to bid for a development opportunity, or  at what prices to launch a development on the market, will enable the site to reach its maximum potential.

With over 35 years in the property business, Martin has an expert understanding of what issues need to be considered
 when assessing potential values.

These include understanding the local and national market conditions, vital when considering the potential for a development.

Martin will advise on the best product to build on a site in any given location, as well as guidance on howto generate the best Gross Development Value.

Appraisals can take the form of a review of potential values on a plot by plot basis, right through to a complete report including comparable evidence and a demographics report.

Cost and Reports

The cost of each bespoke appraisal will vary depending on the location of the site and the type of report required.
A report can vary from telephone feedback with a PDF report through to a full board level presentation.
